- Enjoy the atmosphere at Plaza Principal Tequila. Probably the best place to start your tour around the town is the main square. Here, you can enjoy mariachi music and performances on the bandstand. You can also find the giant ‘Tequila’ sign here to take a photo of. In addition, if there’s a festival, it will take place in this square which will be filled with stalls selling a good variety of food and drinks.

- Check out the Temple of the Purisima. Just across from the main square is a beautiful temple that was built in the 17th century. It definitely dominates the centre of Tequila so you really can’t miss it.

- Learn about the history of tequila at the National Tequila Museum (MUNAT). The museum has different spaces representing the evolution of the famous drink.

- Walk along the pedestrianised and umbrella covered cobblestone street of Jose Cuervo. Walking along the streets of any town is a must when in Mexico. They are filled with colourful buildings, shops, restaurants and street vendors.

- Disfruta del ambiente en Plaza Principal Tequila. Probablemente el mejor lugar para comenzar tu recorrido sea la plaza principal. Aquí podrás disfrutar de música de mariachi y actuaciones en el quiosco. También puedes encontrar aquí el letrero gigante de 'Tequila' para tomarle una foto. Además, si hay festividades, será en esta plaza que se llenará de puestos con buena variedad de comida y bebida.

- Visita el Templo de la Purísima. Justo enfrente de la plaza principal hay un hermoso templo que fue construido en el siglo XVII. Definitivamente domina el centro de Tequila, por lo que no te lo puedes perder.

- Conoce la historia del tequila en el Museo Nacional del Tequila (MUNAT). El museo cuenta con diferentes espacios que representan la evolución de la famosa bebida.

- Camine por la calle adoquinada peatonal y cubierta de sombrillas de José Cuervo. Caminar por las calles de cualquier pueblo es imprescindible en México. Están llenos de coloridos edificios, tiendas, restaurantes y vendedores ambulantes.

The Juan Beckmann Gallardo Cultural is a place where exhibitions and cultural activities such as workshops, lectures, musical and literary presentations, among other things, are held.

It is inspired by the architecture of the 18th and 19th centuries, especially the Colegio de San Ignacio de Loyola Vizcaínas, located in Mexico City.

The fusion of different techniques and styles pays homage to our country's viceregal era.

The space has beautiful gardens, plants of different species and beautiful fountains that make up the landscape of the Cultural Center.

El Centro Cultural Juan Beckmann Gallardo es un espacio de encuentro donde se realizan exposiciones y actividades culturales como talleres, conferencias, presentaciones musicales, literarias, entre otras.

El edificio es un proyecto del Arq. Jorge Loyzaga inspirado en el Colegio de San Ignacio de Loyola Vizcaínas, ubicado en el Centro Histórico de Tequila y construido en 2017.

Inspirado en la arquitectura de los siglos XVIII y XIX, unión de varias técnicas y estilos que rinden homenaje a la época virreinal de nuestro país.

Resalta la mano de obra en los trabajos en madera, cantera y herrería que enaltecen la arquitectura del Centro Cultural.

El espacio cuenta con hermosos jardines, plantas de diferentes especies y bellas fuentes que conforman el paisaje del Centro Cultural.
